Week 2: Bitunix — Two Trades, Two Setups

Starting Balance: $1,247.50 | Current Balance: $1,563.50 | Week: 2 | Exchange: Bitunix

Week 1 closed clean. BYDFi delivered. $1,247.50 in the account.

Week 2 I moved to Bitunix — and the market handed me two textbook setups.

Why Bitunix

I'd been tracking Bitunix on Trading365.org for a while. No-KYC, 125x leverage available, and the welcome bonus structure is one of the most aggressive going — up to $10,000 in bonus funds for new accounts. The full breakdown is at Trading365's Bitunix review.

The headline bonus is the headline for a reason. $100 in trading credits applied within 24 hours of first deposit. Those credits directly offset fees across the week — every basis point saved stays in the account.

Account setup: 10 minutes. No KYC required at the trading volume I'm running.

Trade 1 — Thursday

BTC had been grinding up from the $68,000s all week but Thursday morning it pulled back hard — dipped into the $70,500–$71,000 range on elevated volume, shaking out weak hands before the real move. Classic.

Took a long on BTC/USDT at $70,600. 5x leverage on $500 of available capital. Held into Friday as BTC pushed back through $72,000. Closed at $72,800 — didn't try to hold for the full range, just took the obvious technical bounce.

Entry$70,600
Exit$72,800
Leverage5x on $500
Gain+$78.00

Trade 2 — The Weekend Setup

This one was handed to us by geopolitics.

Sunday morning Trump escalated the Iran situation — threatened naval action in the Strait of Hormuz and the market panicked. BTC dropped from $72,000 down to $70,100 in about two hours. Pure fear selling with no change in fundamentals.

Opened a long on Bitunix at $70,100. 5x leverage on $600. Sized slightly bigger than Thursday because the thesis was cleaner — this was an external shock, not a structural breakdown. Those almost always recover.

By Sunday evening the panic had fully unwound. BTC was trading at $73,600. Closed there. Didn't hold into the week — weekend liquidity is thinner and I wanted the gain locked before Monday open.

Entry$70,100
Exit$73,600
Leverage5x on $600
Gain+$150.00

What I Learned About Bitunix This Week

Two trades, two different setups, same platform. Execution was clean on both. No slippage issues at the sizes I'm trading, order fills were instant, and the interface didn't get in the way.

The fee structure holds up under scrutiny. 0.02% maker / 0.06% taker. Combined with the $100 bonus credit offsetting most of the week's fees, the actual cost of trading was negligible. That matters when you're compounding from a small base — every dollar that doesn't go to fees stays working.

One observation: the Bitunix mobile app handled the Sunday trade perfectly. Opened and closed the position on mobile while the market was moving fast. No lag, no errors.

The Pattern Is Establishing Itself

Two weeks. Two exchanges. $1,000 has become $1,563.50.

The model is working: sign up, claim the bonus, use the credits to offset fees, trade the obvious setups, close clean. No heroics, no 50x leverage moonshots. Just systematic execution of a simple edge — the bonus gives you a head start and the trades compound on top of it.

Week 3 I'm adding a third exchange. The balance is now large enough that the next welcome bonus makes a more meaningful impact as a percentage of the account.

Current exchange offers and referral links across every platform in this challenge are tracked at Trading365.org — that's where I verify bonus conditions before committing to any new platform.

Week 3 incoming.
